My Envy 6500e series - stop printing. At 6:40p.m. the HP Chat directed me to the remote technician, he performed several attempts to resolve the problem and then transferred me to another technician to remove junk files and reinstall drivers, reconfigure printer to the laptop, printer setup(final job) free of cost - this did not resolve the printer issue. Finally at 10:50 p.m., I was transferred to Jonathan - he was very rude and stated - that the HP system was down and I needed to purchase new ink cartridges (different from the ones supplied from HP ink program) and that a new printer would be sent to me. He demanded for me to pay the fee of $199.00 for the removal of files and cleanup of my computer. I refused - stating that my printer was not working and the computer cleanup did not resolve the the problem. The remote connection was disconnected and I ran my computer scan to protect my computer from any attacks.
Phone number calls from: (Edited)also given (Edited) to call back to pay for fee
Company name given: Nexa Tech Repair (FL)
