Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28w Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Printer I am using is HP laser jet pro mfp m28w.

OS: Windows 10

I use this app to scan my documents and recently it does not work anymore. I tried to uninstall all the drivers and install them over again countless times and it is still not working properly. I am pretty sure that the hardware is fine, because If I scan the HP Smart app it is working fine. But the HP Smart app is much worse than the other app.

The problem I am getting is that when a document is scanned the page doesn't appear on the app. It looks as if I haven't scanned anything.

What is the solution to this problem?
