Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Smart was already installed on my Windows 10-64 bit laptop and when I start my printer setup, the app searches, finds, and displays my printer with an online status and the correct IP address.  Once I select my printer I get a warning to Select a Different printer.  I've set up the printer manually where it's recognized in Control Panel by the OS, but it won't print, scan, or do any other functions unless I can set it up in HP 'Smart'.  Any help is appreciated.
