Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This has been reported before and I cannot see of find any updates. I am migrating to a new Win 10 device and I went to download  the HP Smart App from MS Store. It is shows that it is the Smart App on the store but on download it turns out to be the HP Mobile app from smart phones.

Okay, it is a problem with Microsoft but is anyone at HP speaking with them to get this corrected please? I don't want a workaround, I want the correct app for the job.

Regards

Hi,

What is your Windows version? it may occur with outdated versions.

Right-click the Start button and select system, then clarify the Version listed within the Windows Specifications section.

With all due respect, I wouldn't be asking if it wasn't a brand new device with all the updates since manufacture downloaded which I have done.

Still waiting for someone at HP who knows what the problem here is please. Is it anything to do with the fact that I already downloaded and have HP Smart app on my original device and that MS Store recognise that fact when I attempt to download to a second new device? Whatever it is, it needs HP to resolve this with the developers of that app.
