I selected print and the main print page appeared. I clicked the "More Settings" option at the bottom and the HP Smart Screen appears with all the options but then after 2 seconds all the options/words disappear leaving only blank fields! I do have the app on my computer and my computer is up to date with updates.

Hi @AbhiKumar,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Update HP Smart App
- Make sure you are using the latest version of the HP Smart app. You can update it through the Microsoft Store.
- Open the Microsoft Store, click on Library, and then check for updates. If an update for the HP Smart app is available, install it.
Reset the HP Smart App
- Windows 11:
- Navigate to Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
- Find HP Smart in the list, click on it, and then click Advanced options.
- Scroll down and click Reset.
Reinstall HP Smart App
- Sometimes uninstalling and reinstalling the app can fix display issues.
- Uninstall the app by going to Settings > Apps > Apps & features, find HP Smart, click on it, and select Uninstall.
- Reinstall it from the Microsoft Store.
Check for Graphic Driver Updates
- Sometimes display issues can be related to outdated graphics drivers.
- Go to Device Manager, expand Display adapters, right-click your graphics driver, and select Update driver.
- Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
Troubleshoot with Windows Troubleshooter
- Use Windows Troubleshooting feature for apps.
- Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
- Run the troubleshooter for Windows Store Apps.
Check System Resources
- Ensure your computer is not running low on memory or CPU, which can sometimes cause apps to behave erratically.
- Open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc to check system resource usage.
I hope this helps.
