My windows HP smart app doesn't gets logged in gives below error even when I am not connected to VPN
I downloaded build from Microsoft store.

I understand you are getting an error message OW_500_OWSID00001 on your HP SMART App. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
