Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, I have been having issues with HP smart app since i started using it, but now its unusable.  I only use the app to take scans and save them, and now when i go to scan, it asks me to sign in first.  When i click to sign in, it goes to white screen then takes me back to the menu.  I have updated my pc, redowloaded the app, tried repairing it and resetting it.  Still cant sign in, therefore the app is useless.  It used to just close after opening for up to 10 minutes of continuous re opening, now it still does that and wont let me sign in.  Thanks for wasting so much of my time, hopefully theres a fix someone can recommen
