I have two HP Printers installed. I also have the HP Smart App installed, however, it won't open when I try to open it. I've reinstalled from the web site, but still won't open. Need some suggestions on what I can do to get the app working.

Thanks for the help

HI@Shade2019,

Welcome to the HP Support Community. This could be an issue with the Microsoft store. I'd be happy to assist you.

Click here to download the HP Smart app from the HP Support site

Try printing.

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Note: Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network to print.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Thanks for your help. I didn't need to do as you suggested. The HP Smart app decided to open on its own, I added both my printers and all is well at this time. Should I have a future problem I'll follow the steps you recommend.
