Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Issue:
1. The HP Smart can see the printer. I also can print through Office Apps. I cannot add it to HP Smart so I can use Scan feature;

2. When I click on my computer from HP Smart app, it starts circling, it seems trying to add my printer

3. Then this error appears. After Click on "OK", it repeats the story, again and again...............
