HP Smart for Mac. Update version 5.5.6 crashes after opening

I have the same question although I'm using Mac OS 10.14 Mojave, not Catalina.

Thank you. I have an Envy 6032.

However, one of your colleagues is trying to solve my problem on another thread, so I don't want to waste your time. I can download the app  or the update from the App store, but it won't open.
