Product: HP Smart Tank 7305 All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have the HP Smart Tank 7305. - bought recently, and it printed pages. Now it prints test pages without am problem, but not any document or photo. It just keeps asking me how I want to print the document. I have restarted PC and printer, and changed printer power cable. Power is fine. VPN is off. Windows 11 in use. I asked HP if there is a way to be connected to the technician, and if they have a system as was in place with my Deskjet 3720 but no reply. I would like someone from HP  that can access and fix the problem

Hi @BernhardRacz 

Sometimes the printer lose Wifi connection and you need to reset.
