These people might be scammers trying to steal your information / money.

The printer software (for your OfficeJet Pro printer) is not related to HP Support Assistant.
Windows 7 is no longer supported - there are unlikely any HP updates about which you need be concerned.
I doubt you need the HP Support Assistant - it is not mandatory software.
If you think (or know) you need software / drivers for your machine, get these from category Software and Drivers.
