Hi everyone,

 

HP Web Jetadmin is showing supplies for several printers of the same model, but other printers are not showing any supplies. This E87640 supplies information screen is working as expected.

 

Supplies not availableSupplies not available

This other E87640, exactly the same printer model and same firmware, is showing "Not available" in the supply levels tab.

 

Supplies workingSupplies working

Going into the supplies tab shows no supplies, no matter what option is selected.

 

Supplies unavailableSupplies unavailable

Multiple E87640 printers are working and others are not. Does anyone possibly have any idea why it's happening? Many thanks in advance!
