macOS 10.15 Catalina

I set up and printed 2 times.  Now I get “cartridge error” and it wants me to reinstall the cartridges.  I’ve done this numerous times with no luck.   I see other folks just gave up and got another (brand) printer.    The printer is brand new!   It won’t let me check supply levels.
