HP instant ink - wont let me activate free trial

Hello,

I bought this printer with the 5 months instant ink trial. I signed up straight away but it will not let me put in a code to activate the free trial! It just says the plan I clicked and I cannot activate my trial. i have the code page printed from printer. can someone please advise?

The free months will be auto-credited to your Instant Ink account after you have completed the enrollment. Check if the printer is enrolled in Instant Ink.

Refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink. If you still have issues, we can help you with it.

 

We would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
