laserjet 1536 dnf MFP

I have installed the full feature drive from the website, I am still not getting the HP home screen from where we usually get various print and scan options. Printing is possible, But I need the HP scanning feature from the HP homescreen, which is not available. an app shortcut with the name of the printer is supposed to appear after installation, which is not happening in this case. What do I do?
