Hey,
First problem:
I can not connect the printer to the computer (installed the software and connected with the USB capacitor) I would appreciate your help.
Second problem:
The printer needs to copy (not print from the computer) an A4 page but it only captures half of it and at the end of half the page taken the printer spills a thick strip of ink.
Here too, I would appreciate your help.

Hi @elishevaperes,

I'd like to help!

To better assist you -

1) Does the copy print out the same way?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?

3) Do you see any ink leakage in the printer ?

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -

  1. Load plain, white paper into the input tray.

  2. Press the Setup button  on the printer control panel.

  3. Press the Right Arrow button  to select Print Report, and then press OK.

  4. Press the Right Arrow button  to select Print Quality, and then press OK.

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

You may also refer to this document with steps to fix " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer -  Fixing Poor Print Quality

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
