Product: HP Officejet k&100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried to load on my printer HP Officejet K7100 to my WIndows 10 64bit computer, but the app cannot find the printer which is using a usb cable and just keeps telling me that the printer is not connected to the computer, which it definitely is.

Hi,

The HP Smart app is intended for much newer models, it does not support an Officejet K7100 printer.

 

Follow the steps below to install your printer on a Windows 10 PC, see the 'How do I use the printer functions and settings?' section below:
