Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I am unable to open HP smart. After first installation and configuration of the printer, when I reopen the application HP smart, it gets stuck on the question "Do you want to help make HP Smart better by sharing usage data?". No matter what I reply No or Yes, the application does not start and I keep getting the same question.

What should I do?

I uninstalled and reinstalled it twice, no improvement.
