HP Recommended
Product: HP Smart
Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

When attempting to use HP Smart Camera scan with my LG Stylo 4+ phone the camera will not open. I then select the add from gallery option. Then reselect the camera and it now opens. Weird. Surely if it is a permissions issue the camera shouldn't open at all. Anyone have any clue why this happens?
