Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

Hi, ich habe folgendes Problem bei der Installation meines HP3831: 

Ich kann über die Software nicht auf den Scanner zugreifen. Bei der Einrichtung über Wifi bekomme ich am Ende die nachfolgende MitteilungHP3830 Fehlermeldung.png

 

Der Druck funktioniert, Rechner und Drucker sind beide mit dem Internet verbunden.

Kann mir jemand sagen woran das liegt?

Hi, ich do have a problem installing my HP3831: 

I am not able to acces my scanner with the HP software  When installing it with wifi I get the following message

 

"Not able to connect over the Internet"

Printing from other software works fine, but not scanning with the HP Software
