My New printer was taken out by HP firmware and I was sent a new replacement that arrived today and it has no printhead installed so here I am ready to do prints after being without the printer and here I am out all the money and the time waiting for it to get here for nothing! I am self employed and this is not acceptable and will cost me more money than the printer is worth through no fault of my own here its a month has transpired of downtime and I still cant print. Support is closed. Any suggestions on how I sent them my less than 2 month old printer as required and I get a headless printer back?????? what is the quickest way to get this fixed ???
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
