Product: HP Deskjet 2655
Operating System: Other

I am using macOS Monterey. I am trying to put my HP Deskjet 2655 printer on a new network but I've run into a problem. I can't use the iso set up iPhone APP or the HP app on my computer due to the following: 1) the app thinks my printer is offline; 2) the app doesn't find my printer and 3) the blue light continues to flash and won't stop.  Please help
