All of a sudden I can no longer print from my MacBook Pro and getting messages that using this printer could damage the computer because of certain files that were part of the driver. I tried to reinstall the driver for this printer but it was not available from HP support. Where can I find the right driver to reinstall?

Hi,
First, please make sure your Mac is fully up to date with any of the latest updates from Apple:
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201541
Next, follow the below steps to Uninstall with HP Easy Start, as soon as you see the Set Up New Device button, exit HP Easy Start:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02440673
You may download the latest HP Easy Start using the below link:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip
Finally, download and install the latest software below from Apple:
https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1888?locale=en_US
Add the printer under System Preferences > Printers & Scanners, be sure to select the printer model within the Use drop-down menu to complete the installation.
For scanning you may also reinstall the HP Easy Scan app from the store:
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/hp-easy-scan/id967004861?mt=12
