I have tried all options to re-connect my printer to a new network and none is working... I spent many hours trying to solve it myself but HP support is terrible...
- Tried pressing wifi+cancel buttons to set up the printer using HP Smart.
- Tried to use HP Smart, Scann Doctor, USB connection to wireless
I feel the only option I have at this moment is to factory reset this printer and configure it again, but there's no option on the menu to do it.
How do I factory reset my printer?

Sure, I will send the reset instructions to you.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
