How can I get replacement setup cartridges for my HP Deskjet Plus 4158 All in One

HP DeskJet Plus 4100 All in One series  Model 4158

Printer would not connect to internet so it was hard reset and requires to be setup again.  I need to use SETUP cartridges to continue.  The cartridges are 3YM51A Setup Tri-color Cartridge and 3YM52A Setup Black Cartridge.  How can I obtain the setup cartridges?  Thank you.

I hear that your HP DeskJet Plus 4158 requires setup cartridges again after a hard reset. You must contact HP Support to request replacements, as regular retail cartridges (like HP 67/67XL) will not work for initial setup. Set-up cartridges are different from standard ink cartridges.

They are programmed to initialise the printer during first-time setup or after a factory reset.
