I've reset the wifi by holding down the wifi button. I've tried to reset the EWS using instructions found elsewhere that involved turning off the printer, unplugging it, then holding down the button with the x while powering on the printer and continuing to hold either until all 3 buttons light up, or continuing to hold for 20 seconds. None of this works, and I am still being prompted for a password when I try to access the EWS to setup wifi. I have printed the configuration page, and I have the password for connecting to the printer's network, that is not the issue. I can't access settings because of another password that I don't have. Thanks.
