Some options are missing - others can be configured - still others are "sort of" configurable.

Example - HP Smart - Mobile - iOS

Select to Print photo

Select your photo

In the Preview > Select "Adjust" (Edit)

In the Edit menu > Select Crop

In the Crop menu > Select Rotate or Select to crop the image to Letter size

Click Done

Next Menu > Click to Print
