I need to speak to a real person. I did get someone on the phone who could barely speak English and who could not provide any help and hung up. I cannot print! Have I paid all my money for nothing? Do you need to be an IT person to print?

Hi @fourwheelbikie, mate
Please remember that this is a Community run by volunteers.
- We do not have contact with HP Support.
- Please provide more details about your printer if you want some answer about your questions.
- Do you have a Deskjet, Laserjet, Envy print model ? Which one is yours ?
