HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer

I just installed new ink cartridges but my printer will not print. So I removed my printer from the question and tried to reinstall the printer but now can't seem do do so.

Thank you for your response. I did get it to connect to my laptop, However, when I went to print using the changed catridges it did not print. I auto cleaned the print heads 3 times before trying again. But it still did not print. I then retired the printer and just purchased aan HP5101 smart tank.
