Hi
I had removed the other printers, but this printer, I can't,
every time I click the "Printer Option" it goes to "Add a Printer"
I no longer owned this printer wanna remove it, and I don't have the Claim code.
What should I do?
Please help me remove this printer from my HP Smart account.
Thank you.

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.
There is more than one part to this -- and it is not always immediately clear where you need to be to complete certain tasks.
Given that you land in the right place, there are limitations that mean sometimes you simply cannot get what you want.
Yes, I know.
Start here:
HP is fond of the the "HP Smart" nomenclature -
There are "Smart" printers, software, accounts, services, websites, and perhaps other ways of using "HP Smart".
There are different websites that govern your HP experience from an account perspective.
For the purposes of this discussion, there are two accounts and two websites that are of interest:

If a device can be removed,
If other methods to remove the device are not available,
Sign into your HP Account > Open your Dashboard > Find the Device and remove it (last column, Circle X)
