Hi @KaanOz,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Do not worry, I'd be happy to help you!

I understand that you want to print business checks from your HP printer. I'll be glad to assist you with this

Here are the steps for printing checks in QuickBooks Online.

Printing a check

  1. Select the Plus icon (+) at the top then Print Checks.
  2. Load your checks into the printer. If you need to purchase checks and supplies, go to IntuitMarket.
  3. Choose a Bank Account containing the checks to print.
  4. In the Starting check no. field, enter a number that matches the first number on your checks in the printer.
  5. To help find the checks in the list, you can:
    • Select the Sort by drop-down and choose how you want to display the checks in the list. For example, Sort by Date/Payee sorts checks first by date and then by payee within the same date.
    • Select the Show drop-down and choose the types of checks you want to print.
  6. Select the checks to print.
  7. Select Preview and print.
  8. Follow the instructions in the Preview printing checks window.
  9. Fill in the Did check(s) print OK? window.

NOTE: You can mark checks for printing by selecting To print when you enter transactions from Check or Pay Bills.

Printing a partial page of one or two checks

If you use standard checks which come three to a page, you may have one or two checks left over from a previous printing.

To print a partial page of one or two checks:

  1. Select Expenses from the left menu then Print Checks.
  2. Go to the Select Checks to Print section.
  3. For Number of checks on first page, choose 1 or 2 (it defaults to 3 if you're printing a full page of 3 checks).
  4. Select Print.

To prevent wasted checks and paper jams, attach a reusable Intuit Forms Leader to easily print one or two leftover checks.

  1. Go to the Select Checks to Print section then select Print Checks.
  2. For Number of checks on first page, choose 1 or 2 (it defaults to 3 if you're printing a full page of 3 checks).
  3. Select Print.

Printing on voucher checks without the voucher printing

If you have voucher checks and only want the check printed without the voucher part printing, you will need to change the check type to Standard and print one check at a time.

  1. Select Expenses from the left menu > Print Checks.
  2. In the Alignment and Setup section, select Standard checks.
  3. For Number of checks on first page, choose 1.
  4. Select the check you want to print then click Print.

Do this for each check you want printed without the voucher part of the check being printed.

Keep me posted, on how it goes!
