I bought my HP laptop at Best Buy.  The Geek Squad said to contact you for help getting my new laptop to recognize my old HP printer.  I can't use the disc, as my laptop doesn't have a spot for a disc.

Please let us know what operating system you use on your laptop, is it Windows 10? Windows 11?

Additionally, please clarify your HP printer model to better understand its compatibility with your operating system.
