Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My daughter bought a new HP Color Laser Jet Enterprise MFP M480f printer from Micro Center @ Paterson, five months ago; however she never registered her printer with HP. Now she needed to do some Trouble Shooting and she needed the Serian Number but NOWHERE in the printer she found the Serian Number !! How strange!!  She checked in the back, front, bottom and inside the printer cartage area of the printer. If anybody know where to find that Serian Number in the printer,  please email me at [Personal info removed]. Thank you very much.

If the device still boots up, go to the reports menu on the control panel and view the configuration page. You can also type the IP address of the printer into a browser and view the embedded web server where you can also see the configuration page.

 

You could also go to the support page and there is an option to search for your printer which should show you all the details.
