Hi @Krishnavaranasi ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're looking to recycle your HP DeskJet 2720e All-in-One Printer in Germany and want to make sure you're following the proper process. HP has a strong commitment to recycling and sustainability, and they provide specific instructions for recycling electronics in various countries, including Germany.

Here’s how you can recycle your printer in Germany:

1. HP Recycling Program in Germany

HP offers a free recycling service for consumers in Germany through the HP Planet Partners Program. To recycle your printer, you can:

  • Go to the HP Recycling page for Germany:
    HP Planet Partners Germany
This page will provide you with more information on the HP recycling program in Germany, as well as steps to send your printer back.

2. Retailer Return Programs

If you purchased the printer in-store, many retailers in Germany have take-back schemes, where they will accept old electronics when you purchase new items. This is a good way to ensure the printer is properly recycled.

Refer to this document: Product Return and Recycling
HP Planet Partners Return and Recycling Program

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
