hp officejet 9010
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have used HP printers for about 6 years and no issues thats why kept buying.  This newest one came with the Hp ink which was pricey and not helpful.  After I moved to Hp print cartridges and no the auto program I have been having various issues. Last week I got an error message stating if I wanted to report issues HP and I said no and it froze.  I tried again with no and it froze.  Tried to say I would allow it to be sent and no luck. Uninstalled the printer and have tried for 5 days to reinstall with no luck.  I can scan but not print.  I either get no driver found or error.  I have tried the HP print dr numerous times and it says its all working.  I tried print trouble shooter and it cant find the problem .   The printer working with phones and other computers no problem.  I dont want to pay alot of money to fix this since it was working until the hp screen came up.  Thank you for any help.

Welcome to the HP support community.

This seems to be a driver issue.

Did you uninstall the printer driver from the root level before installing the printer driver?

If not, follow the below steps:-

Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.

  • In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
  • Select your HP printer.
  • Select Uninstall.
  • In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
  • In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
  • Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
  • Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
  • Click on Drivers tab.
  • Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
  • Select OK.
  • Remove all instances of the same.
  • Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
  • Close Devices and Printers.
  • Restart the PC again.
