Almost 2 months ago (under warranty) issues arose with my HP smart Tank and HP said that they were going to replace it and to send my printer in and then they would send my replacement. They said I would only take 2 weeks tops. We'll I received confirmation they received my printer and that my replacement was also shipped to me. Here almost 2 months later and no printer. I keep getting the run around. Now they tell me they are only giving ne half of what I paid for it and no replacement. UNDER WARRANTY. As I see here they seem to be doing this exact thing to a lot of their consumers. For a large corporation with their money to rip off the very people that supported their products and made them that large quantity of money. As far as I see it if we stop supporting there piss pour behavior and not by any HP products, hurt them the way they want to hurt their loyal customers. With any luck they will go bankrupt and see what it feels like to get screwed over. Just a suggestion. Which I will be sharing on everything platform and network they advertise on. Have a good day
