HP support is terrible. I cannot get the job done because they are asking money from me all the time. NEVER BUY HP printer!!

Restart Devices: Turn off your printer, computer, and router. Wait for a few seconds, then turn them back on. This can often resolve connectivity issues.

 

Check Network Connection: Ensure your computer and printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. The printer's wireless light should be solid blue if it's connected.

 

Move Printer Closer to Router: Place your printer within 8 meters of the router to ensure a strong signal.

 

Reinstall Printer Software: Uninstall and reinstall the HP driver and software on your computer. This can fix any software-related issues.

 

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor: Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool. It can automatically detect and fix many common printer issues.
