Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I am getting the error message Expired certificate.  The directions and and the assistant do not work. Provided links in the online directions are expired.  I do not have a Windows computer. I have tried all available online resources. 

I need reliable directions on how to resolve this issue

Please follow below support document, this should resolve the issue:

 

To access the EWS page from a Mac, click the Wifi icon on the printer screen and locate the IP Address of the printer, type this address into Safari from a computer connected to the same network:

https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/ish_7345764-7345853-16
