Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All in One Product #3UK84A

HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All in One Printer - Product # 3UK84A. I am working on a MacOS 10.12.6. I was able to successfully print the status report with the color test but when I try to print from my Mac - all my documents come out in black and white with no color. Not sure if it has something to do with my Mac?

Is this happening with a specific app or happens from all the websites, applications?

 

Try a firmware update: Update printer firmware

 

And add the Printer using AirPrint: vhttps://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02623193
