I am unable to print to my Envy 5055. HP Smart says it is Offline.

HP Recommended
HP Envy 5055
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Envy 5055. Print and Scan Doctor says it is fine. HP Smart says it is offline. I cannot uninstall or re-install the drivers. When I try to uninstall it says the uninstaller is missing.
