Check IP Address Configuration
- On the printer control panel, print a Network Configuration Page.
- Ensure the IP address assigned to the printer is within the range of your new router's IP addresses.
- If needed, manually set a static IP address for your printer within the router's settings.
Using the HP Smart App
- Install HP Smart App
- Download and install the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
- Open the app and click on the + sign to add a new printer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your printer to the new network.
Advanced Troubleshooting
Disable MAC Address Filtering
- Ensure that your router's MAC address filtering is disabled or that your printer's MAC address is added to the allowed list.
Check Router Settings
- Verify that your router is broadcasting the SSID (network name).
- Ensure that the network is not set to hide the SSID.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
