Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I can't download HP SMART software from Windows Store. So I found third party web to download the pack. However, when installation running, it will be have error notice "App Installer failed to install package dependencies. Ask the developer for package. "

Hi @HAOXU 

 

This is an application that you should never download from a source not recognized by HP, I recommend you to check your computer with an antivirus now.

 

It is better to use HP's full HP drivers.
