I have purchased this printer new and never has it been able to print and with little time available to resolve it, I am left with an HP 2700 that I regret purchasing and I am out of the warranty period even tho I paid for the upgrade warranty from Walmart. I can scan only. Can someone please help me. I have updated the firmware when asked, there is nothing wrong with my PC as I have reset everything. I appreciate any help now that I am stuck with this disgusting brand of printer, please? JIM
