Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hi, I have HP ENVY 6000 and recently I can't print in colour, it doesn't show the option for printing in colour. Please let me know how to fix this... I'm using MacBook Air

Which application are you using to print?

Did you try to print from a different application and check if that prints in color?
