I cannot download drivers HPs mart and123are sending me round in circles

Does anyone know how to download the drivers for Desk jet 2723 I spent nearly 4hours with technician yesterday and the problem is still not resolved

2. Check your Security software to make sure it is not preventing downloads / access to software you want to install.

What else?

HP Smart is an application from the Microsoft Store.

You must have access to the Microsoft Store to "get" applications (download and install).

Open the Software and Drivers Support Website for your printer > Check the Box Get the App

NOTES:

• Latest versions of HP Smart require that you be signed into the application

What about the printer connection?

In general, HP Smart is going to work better with a standard Wireless connection - I've read that it works with USB but I cannot confirm that is the case.

Make sure your router is broadcasting on both bands.

Assign a separate SSID (network name) to each bandwidth.

The same Wireless network password can be used for both bands.

Connect your printer to the SSID you intend to use.

Printer Software

Try the following to install the printer software.

If you have not done so, download-save-install the Full Feature Software for the printer

HP Easy Start Printer Setup Software 

Read the Fixes / Description section(s) to see available details.

• Download-and-Save the printer software (Full Feature Software / HP Smart / Easy Start)
• Right-Click on the downloaded package and "Run as Administrator" to start the installation
• Reminder:  If using Easy Start, select the Full Driver

  About 2/3 of the way through the setup, you will be given the opportunity to select the software - select the "Full" driver set (as opposed to the basic driver).

Full driver provides print and scan functions (even if HP Smart proves to be stubborn).
