I purchased a HP TangoX printer (product no. 3DP64A) and didn't receive setup cartridges. As a result, I can't install new cartridges and print. How can I get my printer to recognize my hp ink cartridges?

Since this is an important procedure and doing this step on other printers or models would cause the device to malfunction, I will be sending the reset method via private message to get around this screen.
