I don't have setup cartridges for my DeskJet 2722 and need to bypass. I have cartridges but the box did not include SETUP cartridges. Please help.

I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document HP Ink Cartridges - 'Use SETUP Cartridges' error to isolate and resolve the issue.
If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
