Hi,
I am having printer problems, and on my research I have 2 different printers listed on my HP dashboard, but I only have one.
Can anyone shed any light on this please?
On the attachment my printer is the bottom serial no.

Yes logically you have 2 printers for one physical printer. One is for DIRECT printing and another one is network printer. You can use one or another to print.
