I have a HP Deskjet 2130 and I bought 63 cartridge black

I have a HP Deskjet 2130 and I bought 63 cartridge black and when i put it on the printer I start printing. It says on my laptop it cant be printed. I dont know whats going on. and also my printer is blinking the black ink is blinking but the tricolor has the steady light. I dont know whats going on. My printer is from philippines
